The fully vaccinated Covid Test Package will include 1 Covid-19 PCR test kit. You'll need to take this test within 2 days of arriving in the UK.


The non-fully vaccinated Covid Test Package will include 2 Covid-19 PCR test kits. The first test must be taken within 2 days of arriving in the UK and the second test taken on or after day 8 of your self-isolation. 

 

Each test kit will include full instructions for use and should be with you within 48 hours of your arrival into the UK, providing you have made your booking at least 24 hours prior to your UK arrival date. (Your arrival date is classed as zero) allowing time for you to take the day 2 test. 

Your test kit is provided by NHS Test and Trace. You must follow the instructions provided with the test kits for completing the tests and registering your tests prior to despatching them to the laboratory via Royal Mail. 

If you fail to register your test kits, you will not receive your test results.

 

For any advice regarding completing the test, or your test results please NHS T&T on 119. You must retain the barcode from your completed test, in order for 119 to provide advice.

 

Test kits cannot be ordered for multiple addresses.

 

Cancellation Policy


After the kit has been delivered, the Covid testing package is non changeable and non–refundable.

 

If your travel plans change and you no longer require the test kits, a refund will be provided if you cancel via this link, 24 hours prior to your planned arrival into the UK.

 

 QUARANTINE REFUND & ADMIN REQUEST LINK

 

This is the only method by which a cancellation can be requested and processed.

 

If you book a test kit in error, we will cancel and refund in full, providing you complete the cancellation link (above) within 8 hours of making the booking

 

If you fail to follow the registration instructions provided with your test kit and this results in a delay in NHS T&T providing your test results, no refund will be provided.

Confirmation & Invoice

Please review the booking carefully and ensure all the details are accurate and correct. Please carefully check the correct UK postal address details have been entered to ensure your test kits can be delivered to you. Use capital letters when entering your UK postcode.

 

If you do not receive your confirmation, please check your spam or junk email before contacting the CTM team.

 

Please keep your booking confirmation / invoice as proof of booking and purchase.

 

When you book a Covid testing package it means that you have accepted the full terms and conditions of booking.

 

You must have a confirmed invoice from CTM prior to travel to England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland.

 

You will receive the following 2 documents from CTM;

 

1)     An email confirming receipt- to let you know that your booking has been received and is being processed. This is NOT the Reference Number and should NOT be provided on your PLF which will be emailed to you from North.hotels@travelctm.com

2)     A final Confirmation / Invoice - to let you know your booking has been accepted. The numerical digit reference is prefixed with ctmtt followed by the numerical reference which is included within your invoice. This Reference Number is what you must provide on your PLF where you are asked to provide your 'Booking Reference'

 

If you do not have this invoice you will NOT be able to complete the PLF. The Invoice will be sent to you from the following address: donotreply@eu.travelctm.com
